Ryde Harmonic concert was held at Ryde this evening, Mr J.G.G. invited Julia and I but we declined the invitation.
Julia paid the sitting at the chapel, Miss Elizabeth Phillips and her sister was married at Ryde.
We all went to church, in the evening to the chapel.
Cousin William sent me a music book to copy some tunes. In the afternoon Miss Jane Rolf and Miss Louisa Day drank tea with us, Julia and I went part of the way home with them.
Mrs Dennis came from Ryde and drank tea with us, I drove the little girl home. Julia walked with Mrs Dennis, we returned home about half past 8 o’clock.
In the morning we went to Wootton church. In the afternoon, Julia and I went over to the opening of Cowes Chapel, Mr Bailey preached. We arrived home about 6 o’clock.
