We heard in the evening that the Liberals were returned to Parliament with a majority of 59.

In the afternoon she walked into Newport.

We heard that Mr Bernard won the victory yesterday at Newport, he was 19 in the majority of Mr Seely.

I went to Newport.

The consecration of St Thoma’s’s Church Newport. Mr. G. C and Mr. J. Y. G Julia & I went we arrived home about 5 o’clock.

Julia and I went to Newport arrived home 1/2 past 3 o’clock. In the evening we went to Chapel.
