6th Sunday, I and Julia went to Wootton Church, Mr Scott preached from the ist Chapter of C. In the afternoon Julia went for a walk. In the evening Mr G.C. drank tea with us. I spent a very pleasant evening.
7th Monday, - I went to Balams to pay for the run of "Daisy".
8th Tuesday, - I went to Newport.
9th Wednesday, - I went to Woodhouse.
10th Thursday, - Mr G.C. and Mr J.C. spent the evening with use. I forgot to mention that Mr "Linnington" in the employ of Mr Popham met with an accident last Monday evening. It is supposed that as he was attending his horses a ....
