22nd Monday - Lovely weather out of doors, very stormy within.
29th Monday - General holiday, we were invited to join a party to go to Bembridge but we declined the invitation., Teaparty at Gunville, Mrs Cooper, Miss Julia Cooper and Mr. G. Cooper went they arrived home about 10 o'clock. Julia went to Balams Farm.
30th Tuesday - I was taken very ill this morning not able to get up but very glad to think I did not go any pleasure seeking yesterday.
5th Sun - Mother and Julia went to church. In the afternoon Mr. G. C called to see us.
8th Wednesday - Julia's birthday* I much better. In the evening Mr G.C called and spent a few hours with us.
19th Sunday - I went to church, In the evening Mrs Edna Prince preached at...
* This was Julia's 17th Birthay.
