22nd Sunday - Cousin William and his two little daughters came .to dine with grandma, they came about half passed 10 o’clock, so we all went to Wootton church. In the evening Mrs Dennis also a Mrs Macreedy called for William. They left about half passed 7 o’clock, the two little girls staid with us.
23rd Monday - I very poorly with a cough and cold, in the evening Mr G.C. called to see us.
24th Tuesday - Mrs Dennis came for Emma Jane but Alice Eliza stayed with us.
25th Wednesday - Mother received a note from uncle Thomas stating that last evening Mrs Player on getting into bed sprained her hand and wished mother to come to Ryde and stay for a few days.
