22nd Sunday - Miss Alford drank tea with us. In the evening we all went to the chapel.

23rd Monday - This afternoon there was a running and walking race on the Arreton road.

27th Friday - Julia went to Newport, cousinh William sent us an invitation to go to the Ryde Philharmonic Concert, but we declined the invitation.
