11th Sunday - Julia and I went to church, Mr. Douglas preached from the 16th Chapter of John and 23rd verse. In the evening we went to Chapel.

13th Tuesday - Grandma rather better, in the evening we went to Chapel Mr. Barletts discourse was from the 19th Chapter and 17th verse of Genesis illustrating the burning of Sodom.
14th Tuesday - Mr. Barletts discouse this evening was from the 13th Chapter 6.7.8.9 verse of Luke. Mr. G.C and Mr. J.Y.G called to see Grandma.
15th Thursday - Mr. Barletts discourse this evening was on Ruth's resolution we arrived back from Chapel about half past 8 o'clock.
16th Friday - Julia and I went to Newport arrived home 1/2 past 3 o'clock. In the evening we went to Chapel.
